Hey lovely readers!
Here’s a book review for you. I received this ARC courtesy of Social Butterfly PR, so hanks a million to them!
“Permission is the conclusion of Grim and Emma Jean’s story.
He was my first.
But since then I’ve been programmed to enjoy torture.
Being taken two at a time.
I feel nothing now. I’m empty. Hollow. Lost.
He knows it. He knows I need more.
So, he gives it to me.
My body has never felt such pleasure.
My heart has never endured such pain.”
Holy cow I’m in love with this trilogy, in case you didn’t already know 😉 T.M. Frazier takes us on another crazy ride. I laughed, I cried, I yelled, it was amazing. I just have to say that the plot twists in this book were so great. I did not expect any of what happened and I absolutely loved that. I feel like it is so difficult to be surprised by books anymore, but this one managed it brilliantly. Seriously you need to read this whole amazing trilogy!
This book really just pulled everything together so well. I was proud of the way it all ended. All of the questions were answered, all the loose ends tied up, and in a way that made so much sense. I loved Grim so much throughout this book, his love for Emma Jean was so apparent in every decision and sacrifice he made. And even more than that I was proud and inspired by the way Emma Jean came back to herself after all of the terrible things she had been through. This story really had it all: love, lust, revenge, justice, terror, violence. But it all comes together in such a beautiful way. I’m all about the angst and Permission certainly delivered.
This book was harsh, as were its predecessors. But in a way that is so honest. The world can be a terrible place, but there is beauty everywhere. I’m so glad I gave this series a try and I can’t wait to give it a re-read.
Thanks for reading guys! Talk to you soon! ❤ Adrianna
